Andy, Iona and family welcome you to their home - Nairn - which is situated in a wonderful quiet residential area. Nairn is an attractive B&B with glorious panoramic countryside views towards Instow and beyond.
The spacious balcony room is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is equipped with a large modern en-suite bathroom and luxury king sized bed. The balcony room enjoys unspoilt views of the garden and English countryside beyond. A hearty breakfast using organic produce is served in the dining room overlooking the garden.
There is plenty to do locally from surfing, golf, horse riding, beautiful walks, or wandering around local villages and visiting the Market town Barnstaple only 10 minutes drive away. We have ample storage space for Wet Suits, Mountain Bikes and Golf Clubs. Andy and Iona welcome families with young children. Private off-road parking is available for guests.
