Andy, Iona and family welcome you to their home - Nairn - which is situated in a wonderful quiet residential area. Nairn is an attractive B&B with glorious panoramic countryside views towards Instow and beyond.
All guest rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, and have en-suite bathrooms. The balcony room overlooks the gardens and countryside. All rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. A home cooked hearty breakfast using only local produce is served in the dining room overlooking the garden.
There is plenty to do locally from surfing, golf, horse riding, beautiful walks, or wandering around local villages and visiting the Market town Barnstaple only 10 mins drive away. We have ample storage space for Wet Suits, Mountain Bikes and Golf Clubs. Andy and Iona welcome families with young children.
